• We ship worldwide from our fulfillment warehouse in India.
• If a product cannot be shipped to your country, it will be mentioned on the product page.

• Customers only pay the product price + shipping cost shown at checkout.

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor your package.
• Tracking updates depend on the courier’s system and may take 24–48 hours to reflect.

• If your order is delayed more than 30 days beyond the estimated delivery date, you may contact us for a cancellation or full refund.
• Lost or undelivered packages will be investigated with the courier; replacements/refunds will be provided as per the outcome.
