• Products sold under BlackLuxeCrafts are handmade, so minor variations in colour, size, or design may occur.

• Product descriptions and photos are accurate to the best of our ability, but variations in screens may affect appearance.

• Country of origin: India (imported items will list importer & origin).

• Orders are confirmed subject to availability and acceptance.

• Prices are displayed in USD/INR (or selected currency). Taxes are included where required.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped internationally from India, primarily from our fulfillment warehouse.

• Delivery times vary by country. Customs delays may occur.

• ✅ We cover all tariffs, import duties, and customs charges. Customers only pay product price and shipping cost — no hidden fees at delivery.

• If delivery is delayed more than 30 days beyond estimate, you may request cancellation and a full refund.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellations:

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours before dispatch.

• After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.

Returns & Refunds:

• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged on arrival or the wrong product is sent.

• Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos as proof.

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.

• ✅ Since we cover tariffs/import duties, refunds include only product price (excluding original shipping).
